SPOILER ALERT | MURDER MYSTERY SOLUTIONS BELOW:

THE HOUSE PARTY MURDER

Jax.

Turns out Skyler was about to expose a shady little supplement business Jax was running on the side—under-the-table sales of unapproved “focus drops” to his mindfulness clients. Skyler found out and threatened to make it public on their anonymous (but clearly not-so-anonymous) meme account.

Jax panicked. He slipped the untested “energy” pills into Skyler’s drink, hoping to give them a scare. But Skyler had a heart condition no one knew about. The pills didn’t just spike their energy—they stopped their heart.

Jax didn’t mean to kill Skyler. But he definitely meant to shut them up.

The vibe wasn’t the only thing he canceled that night.

THE PILATES PLUNGE

The killer is… Whitney (the #CleanGirl rival influencer).

Kayla and Whitney have always had a tense, passive-aggressive influencer rivalry. But things escalated when:

  • Kayla “accidentally” caught Whitney eating a gluten muffin in the background of her Story, causing a minor scandal with her clean-eating followers.
  • Whitney lost a massive brand deal with a collagen water company because of the “gluten drama.”
  • Kayla posted a now-deleted TikTok mocking “clean girls who are dirty liars.”
  • To top it off, Kayla invited Whitney to the rooftop class and made her do the warm-up in the back row. Disrespect.

Whitney decided to end the beef… permanently.

☠️ Method:

Whitney slipped a lethal dose of powdered supplement (containing a banned stimulant she’d bought online) into Kayla’s matcha-filled Stanley Cup right before class started. The flavor was masked by the spirulina and ceremonial-grade nonsense Kayla always drank.

During the class, Kayla took a long sip mid-session. Moments later, during a deep breath hold in her “Final Flow to Freedom” pose, the stimulant kicked in—triggering a cardiac event that made it look like she simply passed out from over-exertion.

DEATH BY DISCOUNT

The killer is Jenna Valez.

She brought the sedative-laced coffee under the pretense of “making peace,” slipped it into Morgan’s drink, and planted the loyalty card to frame Riley.

Jenna had the motive, opportunity, and the receipt placed her at the scene—contradicting her alibi. The voice memo and drink confirm poisoning. Her desperation to protect her reseller rep and online image pushed her to silence Morgan permanently.

THE INFLUENCER INCIDENT

The killer is Raya Bloom.

  • She snuck into the coffee shop via the back, laced Talia’s bottle with a sedative, and left.

  • Her motive: jealousy, financial loss, and revenge for being dropped.

She tried to plant suspicion on Fleur and Noel but left behind digital and physical clues.

THERAPY NOTES GONE DARK

  • Fearing exposure and humiliation, he broke in via the back entrance using a copied staff key card.
  • He confronted Renee and poisoned her tea with an herbal sedative overdose (traced back to his own wellness line).
  • He then used a burner phone to wipe her podcast draft, but investigators recovered it.

THE AIR FRYER INCIDENT

What Happened
Jordan waited until everyone was out running errands or filming content. They swapped out Logan’s usual grounded surge protector with a frayed, suspiciously warm cord Jordan had been hiding since an old crockpot fire. They knew Logan wouldn’t check it — he was too busy filming a “clean girl air fryer meal prep” video to notice.

When Logan plugged in the fryer, it short-circuited, electrified the appliance, and sent a fatal shock through the metal handle — right as Logan went to flip the sweet potato fries for the camera.

The Clues That Gave Jordan Away

  1. The scribbled and trashed fryer schedule revealed Jordan’s obsessive control.
  2. The group whiteboard had an attempted erasure of “Logan = thief,” written in Jordan’s handwriting.
  3. Dylan admitted Jordan had asked him where the “old gross extension cord” was a day before the incident.
  4. The power strip was plugged into a totally separate outlet from the usual setup — one that Jordan had claimed was “off-limits” for safety.
  5. Jordan’s Venmo included a suspicious payment labeled “💀 fryer justice 💀” sent to Kenzie as a joke. She thought it was a meme. It wasn’t.

THE GROUP CHAT MURDER

After a thorough investigation:

  • Emma was found to be the one who changed the group chat name to "Bye Lisa 👋". She admitted to feeling overwhelmed by recent conflicts and impulsively changed the name during a moment of frustration. Emma apologized to Lisa and the other roommates, acknowledging her actions were inappropriate and offered to discuss ways to improve their living situation together.

THE COLLEGE THESIS SABOTAGE

The Killer: Diego Martinez

Motive:
Diego was desperate. If Jordan won the Thesis Award, Diego would lose not only the academic recognition he craved — but also the $5,000 prize he needed to afford housing over the summer. He knew Jordan’s thesis was stronger. And he knew Jordan kept the only copy on a USB drive.

What Happened:
Diego used his familiarity with Jordan’s routines to plan the sabotage. He knew Jordan often left the USB on their desk while showering. That night, he snuck into the dorm, swiped the drive, and went to the campus computer lab.

At 2:13am, he logged in and replaced Jordan’s thesis with the absurd “Top 10 Dorm Snacks” presentation as a decoy. He never meant to kill Jordan — just humiliate them and tank their chances of winning.

But when Jordan discovered the file was corrupted, they immediately suspected Diego and sent the threatening text:
“I know what you did. Don’t think I won’t tell them.”

Panicked, Diego rushed to confront Jordan in the library, where he knew Jordan would be working late. The argument escalated. In a burst of rage and fear, Diego grabbed the heavy Thesis Award trophy from the library display case and struck Jordan.

He broke the USB in half to cover his tracks, then tried to make it look like a robbery gone wrong.

HOME SWEET HOMICIDE

  • Susan tried to shut down the party and drag Evan upstairs to ground him.
  • In the heat of the moment, Evan shoved Susan — and she fell, hitting her head fatally on the marble bookend.
  • Chloe and Tyler found Susan unconscious and panicked.
  • To protect Evan, they staged a fake break-in, cleaned up evidence, and convinced everyone Susan wasn’t even home that night.
  • Jessie’s fingerprints on the bookend are innocent — she picked it up during cleanup.

MURDER AT THE MANDATORY MEETING

The killer is Casey Flores.

After months of forced team-building exercises, micromanaged marketing emails, and mandatory "fun" Friday meetings, Casey finally cracked. On the day of the murder, Casey had no real interest in poisonous plants — she just needed a believable excuse to be outside.

When Devon announced yet another "urgent brainstorming session" about "brand authenticity," Casey lost it. She snuck back inside, grabbed a nearby stress ball with Devon's name on it, and squeezed it so hard it burst — a moment that, according to her later confession, "symbolized everything wrong with corporate life."

Fueled by rage and half a kombucha, she shoved Devon’s face into the tray of stale pastries when he wasn't looking. Devon, distracted by his own PowerPoint presentation titled "Synergy: A New Frontier," never even saw it coming.

Casey then returned to the landscaping to continue pretending she was foraging, unaware that she had left a sticky note on Devon’s desk earlier that day out of pure spite — now damning evidence.
